A former cop who has become a professional buonty hunter tracks a serial killer who kills with his bare hands. When the killer learns that he is being tracked he starts tracknig his hunter leading to the invariable martial arts showdown. Unfortunately everyhting about that film is wrong. The dialog is horrible, the acting is of the high school variety, and the fight scenes which are shown to be choreographed by Gary Daniels are some of the most faked ever put on celluloid.
Even the sounds of the hits are out of sync with the actoin.
Cotnains lots of martial arts violence and nudity.
